If you want to join this group please read the requirements below:

-You must have 60 posts.

-You can't have broken the rules in 1 week.

-You must have 3 levels in the bests.

-You must have 2 levels in the goods.

-You can not have any levels in the spam section.

how can you move levels when no-one exept you can move them?

You will be able to move levels, when you get promoted to level mover. But you have to match the requirements first.
